Consent revocation policy

Effective October 15, 2026 ยท Last updated October 15, 2026

This policy explains how to withdraw agreement to receive calls or text messages from cdlhr.ai, operated by GIG Invest Inc, through which channels, and how quickly each one takes effect. You never need a reason, and it is always free.

How to withdraw

We accept a withdrawal made in any reasonable way, through any of these channels. You do not have to use a particular word, and you never have to ask twice.

We do not send text messages yet, so there is no message to reply STOP to. When texting starts, replying STOP to any of our messages will be a withdrawal too, and this page will say how quickly it takes effect.

What stops

Once your withdrawal is recorded, we place no further screening call about that application, and your number goes on that employer's do-not-call list in our system. A call already in progress finishes; there will not be another.

Which employer it applies to

You applied to a named employer, and the agreement you gave covers that application. A withdrawal recorded by that employer's recruiter ends the calls for that employer. If you applied to more than one employer through us and agreed each time, each of those is a separate agreement: tell each employer, or email privacy@cdlhr.ai and ask us to suppress your number across the whole service.

What we keep afterwards

We keep a record that you withdrew, with the date, the channel and the number, because we have to be able to prove that we stopped. That record is not used to contact you, and it is what keeps you suppressed.

Applying again later

Withdrawing does not bar you from applying to a job through us later. If you apply again and tick the boxes again, that is a new agreement and we will act on it.
